Contractor Contact From nDCVP Payment System

You may at times receive communications from NSS for further information required on an item that you have dispensed.  This occurs when there is not enough information in the claim for reimbursement against a particular item dispensed in order to make a payment. The email is sent by NSS from their payment system to the generic email address noted for each Pharmacy.


The claim form will include detail of the prescription in order for you to identify the exact item it refers to and the prescribed and dispensed item with the reason for referral.  

Please respond to these emails received by replying, in a NEW email to NSS.SDPaymentClaimReturn@nhs.scot and ensure the original email's content is included. Do not respond to the email you receive from them by pressing reply as this will not be received by NSS.
