Our Responsible Pharmacist Logbook is printed and distributed to members who have requested it. The document allows for the recording of the Responsible Pharmacist, Dispensary Duty Log, and Fridge Temperature Monitoring.
There is additional room in the book to record incident reports, handover notes, and/ or expiry date checking.

An electronic copy of the Logbook is published on the 1st of every month.
