Please read the detail below, and, if you have not returned your form confirming your details, please complete it and send it back as soon as possible.

All Community Pharmacy Independent Prescribers on Community Pharmacy Scotland / NHS Education for Scotland Funded Trainees for June and Sept 2025 have been sent an email with a form to complete details relating to the courses. This includes

  • Confirmation of your details if you would like to be included in the various WhatsApp Groups.

  • Confirmation of the person who looks after the finance in your organisation. CPS arrange the payment for courses and the backfill contribution for PLP, University 5 days, 4 NES Clinical Days and one Teach & Treat session once you are qualified. Without the detail of the finance lead, we cannot make all of these payments.
