Join a well-established, high-performing pharmacy, we are looking for an expereicneced Pharmacist to join our team in Glenrothes. You will be supported by a strong and experienced team, working alongside a Tech three days a week and a group of fully qualified dispensers who keep the workflow smooth and efficient.

One of our biggest strengths is our excellent relationships with local surgeries, which ensures seamless communication, collaborative working, and a supportive clinical network.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist who wants to make an impact, grow professionally, and work within a supportive, experienced team.

We welcome Independent Prescribers (IP) and are keen to support you in using and developing your clinical scope within the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in‑store and digital tools

  • Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance

  • Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety

  • Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team

  • Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues

  • Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals

What You’ll Need to Have (Must‑Haves)

  • Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting

  • Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services

  • A collaborative, team‑first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience in enhanced services

  • A strong understanding of local clinical networks
