As the Pharmacist Manager, your key role will be to manage your team to deliver key pharmaceutical services.

What we look for in a Pharmacist Manager goes beyond just great clinical skills. We look to recruit someone who can bring real leadership and commerciality to the pharmacy and inspire their team of skilled staff to exceed targets whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • have great communication and interpersonal skills enabling them to build and develop relationships with patients, the pharmacy team and other healthcare colleagues

  • be commercially aware and understand how to grow a pharmacy business

  • be keen to embrace and deliver all aspects of the pharmacy contract

  • be prepared to continually develop and learn new skills

  • have experience of managing a team

  • be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council

  • be a qualified Independent Prescriber or be keen to complete the course with our full support

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package including pension, paid GPhC fees and 28 days’ holiday including statutory days.

Applicants must be able to work Monday to Saturday as per pharmacy rota. Ideally this will be a full‑time position, however hours can be adjusted for the right candidate.
