The Role

As an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes and supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with patients, providing consultations, advice, and prescription services directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent clinical care through consultations, diagnosing conditions, and prescribing medications as an Independent Prescriber.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with pharmacy practice and clinical guidelines.

• Participate in the delivery and development of new pharmacy services to meet community needs.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and legal requirements.

We're Looking For:

• GPhC registered pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualification.

• Passion for community pharmacy and a strong desire to make a difference in patient care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and proactive learning.
