The Role
As an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes and supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with patients, providing consultations, advice, and prescription services directly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent clinical care through consultations, diagnosing conditions, and prescribing medications as an Independent Prescriber.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with pharmacy practice and clinical guidelines.
Participate in the delivery and development of new pharmacy services to meet community needs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and legal requirements.
We're Looking For:
GPhC registered pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualification.
Passion for community pharmacy and a strong desire to make a difference in patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Commitment to continuous professional development and proactive learning.
