Your next courier collection is scheduled for Thursday, 8th January 2026. We have produced the following guidelines for your prescription bag submissions.

Bag Usage

• Use two bags if you have more than 6,000 forms.

• Important: For the first collection on 8th January, only use old-style PFW bags with the pre-printed label on the left-hand side.

• New-style PFW bags must not be used until the second collection on 22nd January 2026. At that time, the driver will bring a label to attach to the blank space on the left-hand side of the new bag.

Order Separation

Keep stock orders and PC70s separate.

GP34 Declaration Form

Include your GP34 Declaration Form. Additional forms can be ordered from your local health board here.

Securing Scripts

Secure scripts tightly with bands before sealing the bag.

Label Checks

Ensure the address details on both labels match and continue to record the tracking number.
