Your next courier collection is scheduled for Thursday, 5th February 2026. We have produced the following guidelines for your prescription bag submissions.
Bag Usage
Use two bags if you have more than 6,000 forms.
If you need additional bags please call us on 0131 467 7766.
Keep Stock Orders & PC70s separate.
Please include your GP34 Declaration Form (yellow form). Additional forms can be ordered from your local health board here.
Secure the prescriptions tightly with rubber bands before placing them in the bags.
