Your next courier collection is scheduled for Thursday, 21st May 2026. We have produced the following guidelines for your prescription bag submissions.

What to Expect?

• The Royal Mail / Parcelforce driver will bring a label with them at the time of collection

• The driver must attach the label to the prescription bag while on the pharmacy premises

Bag Usage

• Use two bags if you have more than 6,000 forms.

• If you need additional bags please call us on 0131 467 7766.

• Keep Stock Orders & PC70s separate.

• Secure the prescriptions tightly with rubber bands before placing them in the bags.

Please Call Us If

• You need additional prescription bags

• A driver arrives without identification or a label

• The courier does not arrive
