This is a reminder that your next collection date for your prescriptions is the Tuesday 7th July 2026.

You should: 

• Ensure you remove all staples, paperclips and sticky labels from your prescriptions, before banding together. 

• Take a copy of your GP34 figures before sealing the form in the bag. 

• Don’t overfill your bag, as this can make them more prone to breakage. If you have more than ~ 5000 forms, then you should use two bags. 

• If you use more than 1 bag, please let us know by phone on 0131 467 7766, and we will arrange a second label for you. If only one label is brought by the post worker, please only hand over one bag, and contact us to arrange a second collection and label. 

If your collection is not picked up for any reason, or you miss it, please contact us either by email on pharmacy.services@cps.scot or by phone on 0131 467 7766.
