This webinar will feature various speakers from senior leaders within the pharmacy workforce to share the reforms that are upcoming for the Foundation Training Year (FTY) programme. Gain insights into the structure and components of the 2025-26 FTY programme and understand the roles and responsibilities within the FTY programme. The webinar will also cover supervision and assessment processes within FTY, as well as the support available to the wider workforce.
