Our Operations Team is looking for a motivated new team member!

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working across many of our branches across Tayside, Fife, Forth Valley and Grampian.

What does an Operations Team Member do?

As part of our Operations Team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our branches and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing backfill support to branches across our network

  • Assisting Pharmacist Managers and branch teams to deliver safe and effective services

  • Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of dispensaries and outstanding customer service

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in a variety of locations

  • Maintaining our high standards of professionalism, compliance, and patient care

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideally, you’ll be a registered pharmacy technician with Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) accreditation. However, we’re also happy to consider:

  • Registered Pharmacy Technicians who are keen to complete their ACT qualification as part of their development

  • Qualified Pharmacy Assistants (NVQ 2) who show the right skills and professionalism, with a view to completing an Accuracy Checking Assistant course and then progressing to an accredited pharmacy technician training programme leading to GPhC registration
