Mind to Mind Mental Health Campaign
Published: 6th January 2026
Our colleagues at Scottish Government have launched he Mind to Mind campaign which encourage people to look after their mental wellbeing. In this article you will find campaign resources that will help you spread the word within your community.
The Mind to Mind campaign continues to encourage people to look after their mental wellbeing.
The Mind to Mind campaign has been designed to help normalise discussions around mental health and wellbeing, and promotes the dedicated NHS inform site as a trusted resource to help people who may be facing challenges with their mental wellbeing.
The Mind to Mind website features lived experience videos to give people the tools they need to help them manage their own mental wellbeing. The videos are bite-sized and include a range of people talking about their own challenges around mental wellbeing and what they do to cope. Topics covered include dealing with anxiety and panic, handling stress, loneliness and isolation, lifting mood, coping with money worries and moving through grief.

Mental health can affect the whole family, but parents often focus on their child and forget to look after themselves. Negative thoughts can impact how parents feel, while some can be acknowledged and dismissed, others may weigh parents down. Parent Club has lots of wellbeing tips and advice to support parents and carers during difficult times, plus some tips on how the whole family can look after their mental health.
Please like and follow Parent Club's Facebook, Instagram and X pages and share posts where relevant.
