Post-registration Programme for Early Years Pharmacists

Are you, or do you employ, a recently qualified Pharmacist? If so, we are pleased to highlight that we are supporting this year's refreshed Post-registration development programme for early years community pharmacist employees.
Our colleagues at Public Services Delivery Scotland (previously NES) have adapted this programme in light of the Royal College of Pharmacy's revised and refreshed Enhanced curriculum, and what is on offer is a year focussed on the learner developing their clinical and professional practice in the workplace.

It is aimed at recently qualified pharmacists working in community pharmacy, described as early years community pharmacist employees. If you employ someone in that position, the programme is open to them too. Speak with your employer before signing up.

Two gaps worth filling before this goes live: the text does not say how to apply (no link or sign-up route), and it does not define "early years" or "recently qualified" in years since registration. If the flyer covers both, it might be worth pulling those into the FAQ answers so people are not made to open the PDF to find the application route.
