Our colleagues at Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSDS) have shared the latest newsletter from the DPDP programme, which aims to remove paper prescriptions in Scotland, with a pilot site due to go live in late 2028. Our own Policy team are embedded in the programme, making sure that the community pharmacy view is represented.

One gap: the third answer points people to an address that only exists inside the newsletter, so anyone reading the FAQ on its own hits a dead end. Either name the programme address directly or drop that half of the answer and keep the enquiries route.
