PCA(P)(2026)13 - Prescription Form Changes for Non-Medical Prescribers

The Scottish Government has issued updated guidance on prescription stationery for non-medical prescribers working in GP practices and community settings. The changes introduce wider use of GP10(SS)(5) prescription forms and set out the associated system and governance arrangements for nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals using GP IT systems.
