Important Information: Next Collection on 19th November 2024
Published: 14/11/24
This is a friendly reminder about your next courier collection. The collection will take place on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024.
In the article below we have some important information about the next collection.
Key Points
Your next courier collection date is Tuesday, 19th November 2024
Look out for your next allocation of courier bags coming to you by 18th November. We understand this is later than expected in readiness for your collection and we apologise for the inconvenience
See below for guidance on what to do if your new bags don’t arrive in time for the 19th.
If you don’t receive your bags, or the mailing bag has been damaged and anything is missing on arrival, please contact us.
If you are completely out of bags for the collection on Tuesday 19th November, and your allocation doesn’t arrive in time for you to prepare your submission, you can borrow from another pharmacy if they have one to spare, so long as it is within the same Health Board. If this is not a viable option, please contact us at the details below.
The mailing bags will also contain your dates for the next years’ worth of courier collections, along with your Parcelforce Receipt sheet and some helpful guides. Please check you have everything, and that you have the correct Health Board Cypher code on your bags, and if anything is missing, please contact us on either 0131 466 7766 or at pharmacy.services@cps.scot. We have also attached the upcoming dates here.
