Audit and Services Team Manager 

Hours: Full time (35 hours per week), hybrid office/home basis. 

Salary: £35,000 per annum.

About the role

Community Pharmacy Scotland (CPS) represents and supports community pharmacy contractors across Scotland. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Audit and Services Team Manager to join our Audit and Services Team. 

This is a key leadership role within the Audit and Services team, focused on delivering accurate, timely and high-quality services that support pharmacy contractors and national negotiations. 

You will lead and develop a team, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and priorities are met. You will oversee core department functions, ensuring enquiries, member services and internal processes are delivered consistently and to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and assurance. You will also drive continuous improvement across processes, and deliver clear, high-quality outputs and insights.

About you

You are an experienced manager with a strong track record of leading and developing teams to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. 

You have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work confidently with data to ensure accuracy and inform decision-making. 

A strong communicator, you can convey information clearly and build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. 

You bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach, with experience in performance management and continuous improvement. A strong sense of ownership and accountability is essential.

Where Are We

Our offices are based on Queen Street in Edinburgh’s city centre which has great transport links and plenty of amenities. The office is the substantive place of work, with hybrid working agreements in place.   

Who We Are

CPS is the organisation which represents community pharmacy owners and their teams throughout Scotland. We act as the single voice of these vital healthcare professionals as they deliver pharmaceutical care services to the people of Scotland on behalf of NHS Scotland.  

We aim to continually develop and secure a contractual framework for the provision of pharmaceutical services, supported by a sustainable funding model which encourages investment in the network. We do this by negotiating with the Scottish Government on behalf of our members on all terms of service under the NHS.
