We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Pharmacist Manager to lead our established Newton Mearns pharmacy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, service development, team leadership, and the future of community pharmacy.

Working within a modern, service-led pharmacy environment, you will be supported by a strong central operations team, centralised dispensing services, and regular pharmacist overlap, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding clinical care and growing both NHS and private services.

The Opportunity

As Pharmacist Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire an experienced pharmacy team

  • Drive the delivery and growth of NHS and private clinical services

  • Utilise your prescribing qualification to deliver enhanced patient care

  • Work with regular double-pharmacist cover (3–4 days per week)

  • Be supported by centralised dispensing, PillPouch and hub services

  • Play a key role in developing the pharmacy and shaping local healthcare provision

  • Build strong relationships with patients, GP practices and the wider healthcare community

Working Pattern

  • Full-time permanent position

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday

  • Week 2: Four weekdays plus Saturday

  • Structured management and operational support from our wider leadership team

Who We’re Looking For

  • GPhC Registered Pharmacist

  • Independent Prescriber (preferred)

  • Previous management experience desirable but not essential

  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care

  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

  • Ambition to develop services, people and business performance
