• When does the Mind to Mind campaign finish?

  The Mind to Mind campaign finishes on 24th February.

• When does the Re Think Dementia campaign start?

  It starts on the 24th of February and ends on the 31st of March

• What is the campaign for April 2026?

• What is the Mind to Mind campaign about?

  Mental health resources now include the Ethnic Minority (EM) Stakeholder Toolkit, translated guidance and additional accessible format assets.

  The Mind to Mind campaign continues to encourage people to look after their mental wellbeing.

  The Mind to Mind campaign has been designed to help normalise discussions around mental health and wellbeing, and promotes the dedicated NHS inform site as a trusted resource to help people who may be facing challenges with their mental wellbeing. 

  The Mind to Mind website features lived experience videos to give people the tools they need to help them manage their own mental wellbeing. The videos are bite-sized and include a range of people talking about their own challenges around mental wellbeing and what they do to cope. Topics covered include dealing with anxiety and panic, handling stress, loneliness and isolation, lifting mood, coping with money worries and moving through grief.

  Key Messages

  • If you’re going through a difficult patch or are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or lonely, it’s important to remember that help is available.

  • The Mind to Mind website features over 30 videos of people talking about their mental wellbeing challenges in a bid to help others who may be going through the same.

  • The website also provides practical advice on how to deal with life’s ups and downs and signposts where people can access further support.

• What is the Find a Tick, Remove it Quick campaign about?

  Lyme disease is still on the rise in Scotland. It is caused by being bitten by bacteria passed by the bite of an infected tick and can be serious if not treated early. Resources are available to help you spread the word throughout May, Lyme Disease Awareness Month.

  To help increase awareness of tick bites and the symptoms of Lyme disease, stakeholder materials have been developed in a bid to encourage the public to be more tick aware and take precautions when spending time outdoors. Materials highlight the preventative measures that can be taken to avoid tick bites and provide advice on what to do if bitten.

  Key Messages

  • Lyme Disease is on the rise in Scotland and can be a serious condition if not treated early.

  • You should take measures to prevent tick bites when spending time outdoors.

  • The quicker you find and remove ticks, the less likely you are to get ill.

  • Lyme Disease is usually easier to treat the earlier it is diagnosed.

  • The most common signs of Lyme disease in its early stages include a red, circular rash on your skin and cold or flu-like symptoms such as tiredness, headaches and muscle and joint pain.

• What is the Re Think Dementia campaign about?

  Rethink Dementia encourages audiences to focus on the person, not the condition, with the campaign creative being centred around treating people with dementia exactly as they did before the diagnosis – highlighting the simple ways people can help their family and friends who have been diagnosed to stay connected.
