Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our pharmacy team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure optimal patient care, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, accuracy, and outstanding service delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and medication services
Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring safety and accuracy in dispensing
Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and professional standards within the pharmacy setting
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and ensure proper storage of medicines
Provide training and mentorship to staff members to uphold best practices in pharmacy operations
Experience
Strong background in patient care, demonstrating compassion and attention to detail
Prior leadership experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is advantageous
Ideally NVQ2 or above qualified
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with healthcare teams
