KJ Macdonald Ltd is looking to recruit two full-time, permanent Pharmacists who are happy to work in a busy, fast-paced dispensary and who share our hard-working values and community-centred approach.

We have an excellent support team comprising four Dispensers and two Accuracy Checkers who are conscientious and pro-active in all that they do. With us, you are guaranteed a varied workload and an opportunity to build strong relationships with customers. There is significant opportunity for further enhancement of pharmaceutical services and being part of further developing the dispensary team.

Essential Requirements

• Lead by example, maintaining professional standards while being approachable and helpful to customers and colleagues alike

• Strong communication skills

• Proficient in pharmacy computer systems

• Able to provide expert clinical advice to customers

• Up-to-date knowledge of current pharmacy services

• MPharm degree or equivalent and registered with the GPhC

• Eligible to work in the UK

• Independent Prescriber or willing to work towards qualification
