The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic GPhC registered Independent Prescribing Second Pharmacist to support our team in Dundee to deliver the highest standard of pharmaceutical care.
Working alongside the pharmacy manager you will help to deliver on all aspects of the pharmaceutical contract as well as additional private services. You will be passionate about Community Pharmacy and strive to develop the role and services within the pharmacy.
This is a flexible role working 2 to 3 days per week with no managerial responsibility.
Responsibilities
Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services in line with current regulations and professional standards.
Contribute to the delivery of our Pharmacy First Plus, Travel and Private Clinic Services.
Use your Independent Prescribing qualification to improve patient outcomes.
Support and advise patients on medicines, minor ailments, and healthy living.
Work collaboratively with our experienced team to ensure delivery of excellent care to our patients.
Build strong relationships with local GP practices and other healthcare professionals.
