T&K Brown Pharmacy is a family run independent NHS Community Pharmacy established in 1979 on Shore Street, Anstruther, Fife.

About the role: You will be a key part of the pharmacy team, working across the front counter and dispensary to meet each individual patients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Dispensing prescriptions

• Stock control, including ordering & receiving stock, date checking and organisation

• Ensure compliance with all legal and professional requirements

• Support the pharmacy team with daily operational tasks

• Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to address patient queries on the front counter and telephone.

  Working pattern: Full time (40hrs) Mon-Fri 9am-1pm, 2pm-6pm + (1 in 4) Sat 9am-1pm

Requirements:

• Experience in a community pharmacy setting is desirable but not essential

• NVQ Level2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instruction

• Strong attention to details and accuracy
