Scottish Drug Tariff Update October 2026

Published: 2nd October 2026

Following agreement with the Scottish Government for the 2026/27 Financial Settlement several October Part 7 prices have been redetermined to allow the transfer of £10 million from the Scottish Drug Tariff into the dispensing pool from 1st October 2026. Due to this there have been a small number of lines removed from the Adjusted Priced list. Please see the following table for the lines that have been affected.

We will continue to monitor them and ask that you keep using our Scottish Drug Tariff Price Reporter to report any lines of concern. This helps us continue discussions with Public Health Scotland and raise any issues relating to over-tariff price lines.

You can review the list of current Adjusted Price on the website as of the 1st October 2026.
