You will receive email confirmation from Disclosure Scotland once your certificate has been granted and ready to view through your ScotAccount. 

You will also receive reminder emails from Disclosure Scotland to share your disclosure with your countersignature. You have 14 calendar days to share this. A step by step guide on how to view your certificate is available as an e-learning course

If you do not share your disclosure within 14 days, you may have to apply for an update at the cost of £18.

If you have failed to share your disclosure with your countersignature via the ScotAccount, you must contact Disclosure Scotland by either:
