Post Registration Foundation Training for Pharmacists Qualifying August 2026 with an Independent Prescriber Qualification. Please read this article for details of how to apply for this training.

Pharmacists on these courses will continue on their current programme, which includes Independent Prescriber training.
Community Pharmacist Employee Independent Prescriber Training
Courses Commencing June and September 2026
Pharmacists on these courses should look out for a link arriving next week asking them to confirm specific information relating to their contact details and finance arrangements for their course.
This will be sent from CPS directly to the email address used when registering for the course.
Information on payments for trainees on these courses will be confirmed directly with finance contacts next month.
Further Community Pharmacy Employee Independent Prescriber Courses
For community pharmacy employees looking to undertake Community Pharmacy Independent Prescriber (CPIP) Training, further information will be shared later this year.
