With the refresh of the community pharmacy Varenicline PGD, we would like to support our members and their teams in delivering this updated public health service.
Following the withdrawal of Champix© tablets from the UK market in 2021, a generic version of varenicline has now been launched and is available for supply through wholesalers. The updated smoking cessation varenicline PGD, along with supporting training, re-establishes this service within community pharmacies across Scotland. To support your understanding and answer any questions you may have about the service, we are hosting an Ask Me Anything (AMA) webinar.
Please join us for a recap of what the service entails and the opportunity to put your questions to our panel of Policy Pharmacists.
This is open to all members and their pharmacy teams.
