Our colleagues at Public Health Scotland (PHS) have asked that we disseminate the latest RADAR update to community pharmacy teams to inform you of concerns related to ongoing localised clusters of drug harms in multiple areas in Scotland.

The purpose is to provide you with information and resources for your key role in supporting people in crisis who may also use substances. 

Please read the document attached and communicate the information amongst your pharmacy team. 

If you have any information to share, or wish to discuss anything contained within this document, contact your local NHS Specialist Pharmacist in Substance Use Management.
