CP IP Trainees on June 25 Strathclyde, Sept 25 RGU, and Jan 26 Strathclyde Training Courses

If you are a trainee on any of the above courses, you will have been sent a form by Community Pharmacy Scotland (CPS) to complete with data to support the funding arrangements of your courses.

If you are on these courses and have not returned your form, please do so as soon as possible.

If you have already returned your form, you do not need to take any action.
