  1. The Pharmacy First subgroup of the Board presented their first report to the whole group. This was approved, allowing the subgroup to move onto their next focus topic of education, training and governance.

  2. The Board had a focussed discussion on adjusted price processes, agreeing a short term improvement proposal to go to key stakeholders and noting that the longer term strategy should be kept under review as part of the wider negotiations.

  3. Board members reviewed the agenda and workshop detail for the Council meeting the following day.
