Your next courier collection is scheduled for Thursday, June 5th, 2025. We have produced the following guidelines for your prescription bag submissions:
Bag Usage: Use two bags if you have more than 6,000 forms.
Additional Bags: Contact us at 0131 467 7766 to request more bags.
Order Separation: Keep stock orders and PC70s separate.
GP34 Declaration Form: Include your GP34 Declaration Form. Additional forms can be ordered from your local health board here https://www.cps.scot/stationery-contacts.
Securing Scripts: Secure scripts tightly with bands before sealing the bag.
