Your next courier collection. The collection will take place on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025.

This is a particular busy period of time for community pharmacy, and we thought it might be useful to remind you of some information around your prescription bag submissions.

• Use 2 bags if you have more than 6,000 forms

• Call us on 0131 467 7766 for more bags

• Keep stock orders and PC70s separate

• Include your GP34 Declaration Form (more of which can be ordered from your local health board - see further details here: https://www.cps.scot/stationery-contacts)

• Tightly secure scripts with bands and then seal the bag
