We are again partnering up with COHESION Medical to conduct a real world study that aims to improve the Women’s Health journey through easier access to Community Pharmacies across Scotland.
Project Summary
CPS is studying how community pharmacies can better support the women’s health journey using a Citizen Health Wallet developed by COHESION Medical. The Health Wallet is an intuitive and easy-to-use smartphone app designed to help you manage your health and simplify how you connect and communicate with pharmacies across Scotland who can support your health and wellness. CPS and COHESION have worked together previously on the Hypertension project in 2021, which you may have been involved in.
