Get Ready for a Day of Golf and Giving: CPS Charity Golf Day
Published: 30/04/24
Get your clubs ready and mark your calendars because the countdown to the CPS Charity Golf Day at Mar Hall Golf and Spa Resort is officially on! On Friday, 17th May 2024, golfers and non-golfers (Matt Barclay) alike will come together for a day of fun and fundraising in support of St Columba’s Hospice.
A Day to Remember
Picture this: rolling greens, stunning views, and a warm Scottish welcome await you at Mar Hall Golf and Spa Resort. As you step onto the course, you'll be greeted with the aroma of freshly cooked breakfast rolls and the promise of a day filled with camaraderie and competition.
The CPS Charity Golf Day isn't just about golf. Treat yourself to a delicious bacon roll and piping hot tea or coffee upon arrival. As you make your way through the course, stop by the halfway house for a refreshing break and perhaps a friendly chat with fellow golfers.
As the day draws to a close, gather with friends old and new for a delightful lunch of soup and sandwiches, followed by a sumptuous three-course evening dinner. Whether you're celebrating a successful round or simply enjoying the company, every bite will be savoured knowing that you're supporting a worthy cause.
But wait, there's more! Throughout the day, your skills will be put to the test with our competitions, including Nearest the pin and the coveted Longest Drive. With prizes up for grabs and bragging rights on the line, there's lots of fun to be had on the course.
Beyond the greens, the CPS Charity Golf Day offers ample opportunities for networking and building connections. Whether you're chatting with fellow golfers on the course or mingling over dinner, you'll find yourself surrounded by like-minded individuals who share your passion for community pharmacy, golf and giving back.
Most importantly, by participating in the CPS Charity Golf Day, you'll be making a meaningful difference in the lives of those supported by St Columba’s Hospice. Your generosity will provide vital funds to ensure that hospice patients and their families receive the care and support they need during difficult times.
How to Get Involved
There are plenty of ways that you can get involved. Register your team today or explore our sponsorship opportunities (Sponsor one of thirteen holes). Can't make it to the event? Purchase raffle tickets or make a donation of raffle prizes to show your support from afar.
Don't miss out on the opportunity to be part of something truly special. Join us for a day of golf and giving at the CPS Charity Golf Day. We can't wait to see you on the greens!
