Community Pharmacy Scotland (CPS) invites you to take part in our 2024 Communication Survey. Your feedback is essential in helping us improve our services.

Please note: for open questions just type your answers in full and move on to the next question. Your answers will save when you press “Submit” on completion at the very end.
