Hi, I'm Robbie, Digital Communications Officer at Community Pharmacy Scotland (CPS).

I joined CPS in December 2019. I have always had a passion for all things digital, and I have been fortunate enough to follow that passion throughout my career, from planning and developing digital solutions for market research projects to optimising website functionality to improve the journey for the person using it (that's you).

At CPS I look after our website, our internal and external communications, social media, design work, operations and our Customer Relationship Management system, alongside the digital tools our members and the team use every day. My focus is on the person at the other end: whatever someone comes to us for, they should be able to find it quickly and understand it easily.

My aim is to keep developing our digital offering so that our audience can engage with the services and information they need in an intuitive and approachable way, and so that the work of community pharmacy is well represented online.

When I'm not at work you will most likely find me running around the streets of Edinburgh, reading a good book, playing football, or acting as a tour guide for friends and family at the weekend.
