Graham Le Tissier: Digital Communications Assistant

I joined Community Pharmacy Scotland in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant before moving into the role of Digital Communications Assistant in 2019.

My role supports a wide range of digital communications activity across the organisation. I work with colleagues to help communicate complex information in a clear, practical and accessible way for community pharmacy contractors and their teams across Scotland.

This includes creating and publishing website content, producing email communications and newsletters, developing digital resources, supporting social media activity, and contributing to projects, campaigns and events throughout the year. I also work closely with subject experts to help ensure information is accurate, relevant and easy to understand.

I have a particular interest in websites, content development and how people find information online. More recently, I have been involved in work to improve content quality, website governance, search visibility and the discoverability of CPS information through both traditional search engines and AI-powered search tools.

Having worked at CPS since 2007, I have developed a strong understanding of the organisation, the community pharmacy sector and the issues that matter to contractors. I enjoy helping turn complex information into practical resources that people can easily find, understand and use.

Outside of work, I have a long-standing interest in website design and development and have created websites for a number of organisations and small businesses.
