Communication tools survey

We use five main platforms to talk to each other and store our work, and several of them do the same job. This survey tells us where that overlap causes problems, so the guidelines we write are based on how people actually work rather than on assumptions.

It takes about five minutes. There are no wrong answers, and saying you use something unofficial will not get anyone into trouble. That is exactly what we need to know.

Answers are recorded against your name so we can see who we still need to hear from and follow up on specific examples. Results go to the working group as themes and totals, not as a list of who said what.
