Alzheimer Scotland is proudly working with Community Pharmacy Scotland to increase dementia awareness in pharmacies across Scotland and to raise funds to deliver vital support. Working together we can make a big difference for the thousands of families living with dementia throughout Scotland.

Alzheimer Scotland is Scotland’s leading dementia charity. We offer specialist support, community activities, information and advice at every stage of the dementia journey, making sure that no one faces dementia alone.

We know that dementia will be a hugely relevant and personal cause to many of your patients and colleagues across Scotland. Therefore, we hope our partnership with Community Pharmacy Scotland will help us to make a positive and lasting difference in our shared community.

There are lots of ways you can raise awareness and fundraise within your pharmacies. From becoming a Dementia Friend, to taking part in shop fundraisers or signing up to a challenge event, there is something for everyone and every single contribution will make a difference. Please get in touch with Hannah Livesey-Evans for more information about how you can support Alzheimer Scotland within your pharmacy.

If you would like to hold a collection can or stock some of our pin badges in your pharmacy to raise vital funds for people living with dementia, then please get in touch - we’ll be happy to send these out to you.

Working in partnership, we can help to build a better, brighter future for people living with dementia and their families across Scotland. We are delighted to have the support of Community Pharmacy Scotland and we look forward to working with pharmacies across Scotland to increase dementia awareness to ensure nobody faces dementia alone.
