Changes to the eSchedules
Published: 29/11/23
With the changes to the payment structure for both the Gluten Free Food Service and Unscheduled Care as of the 2021-22 financial framework.
You will now be able to see both the base and activity payments for each service in your May eSchedules this week.
A technicality experienced last month meant the totals for these new payments showed in the NHS Pharmacy First Scotland data which should not be the case. This has been investigated and a fix has been put in place as of June, paid end of August.
Further work is being done by NSS and ourselves in reviewing the NHS PFS data in the eSchedules in order to make them more user friendly, in line with additional PGD’s being added. We will let you know about any changes in advance to support you in navigating your eSchedule. We are also developing the eChart Trending Reports to enable you to see the trends of NHS Pharmacy First Scotland and will do so for Gluten Free and Unscheduled Care in due course.
If you have any questions in the meantime please get in touch with the Pharmacy Services team on 0131 466 3540 or email pharmacy.services@cps.scot
